Saved views

After this page you know what a saved view keeps, how to hand it to a colleague, and what it does not do yet.

With filters applied, Save view captures the current filters, columns and sort under a name. The Views bar shows the active view; an unsaved-changes marker appears when the filters drift from what was saved. The views menu lists your views with rename, duplicate, delete and set-as-default, and Copy link to this view.

What does travel is the URL: the filter state is always serialised into it, so a copied link reproduces the same list for anyone with access to the Environment, whether or not they have the view. Use the link, not the view name, when sharing.

A view’s filters can become an online rule (service and only-errors filters carry over) or an alert from the same menu.
